Tasks are a list of installation assignments for static faces and service activities.
Installation tasks are automatically generated once a face has been scheduled. The list of tasks will show these as Post: campaign. Service activities display the activity name.
Create Service Task
To create a service task, click on the Add icon.
Enter the Name of the maintenance to be completed along with any other details in the Description box.
Assign the face for the service.
You can assign a Technician if known.
If after creating the task it is no longer needed it can be Cancelled using the Cancel icon. This will keep the task but the status will show Cancelled. Choose Remove to delete the record of the task. This cannot be undone.
Completing a Task – Technician Assigned
Click on the task.
Click on the Complete icon.
If the task was completed on the due date change the slider to on .
If the task was completed by someone else change the slider to off .
Click Complete.
Enter the completion date and click Complete.
If the Technician slider was set to off choose the Technician that completed the task.
Completing a Task – Technician Not Assigned
Click on the task.
Click on the Complete icon.
If the task was completed on the due date change the slider to on.
Click Complete.
Enter the completion date and click Complete.
After you have entered the completion date choose the Technician that completed the work.
If a task needs to be reopened click on the task and then click on the Reopen icon.
