Mapping/Geocoding Inventory

In order to see your inventory on a map you will need to assign the latitude and longitude to each location. 
Mapping your inventory can be done when you enter the location initially or after it has been input.

Find the face you want to place on the map and click on the map tab.  Initially it will show a map of the world.

 There are 2 ways to get to the location to the map where the inventory is to be placed.

1. Enter the location information in the 'Find a location' box on the top right of the map.

2. Zoom and drag the map with the map’s +/- buttons   and hand tool to the area of the location.

Once you have the map in the correct place to geocode the inventory click on the Add icon in the lower right corner and click on the map where the sign is located.

 If the pointer is in the correct place, click on the Done icon to save the coordinates.  If you would like to move the pointer, click on it and drag it to the correct place then click the Done icon .

If a location has been incorrectly positioned go to the map tab of the location and click the Edit icon 

The marker on the map will change from red to blue and you can click on the map where you want to the location to be placed.   Once the change has been made click on the Done icon  to update the coordinates.
