Filtering

To search for inventory click the Filter icon in the top right corner.

When searching Inventory items the name/number and description fields are used.  When searching Sales items the name, client, brand and description are used.

From here you can type details into the box along the top

Clicking the Search icon in the lower right corner will show a list of items that match the details entered.  You do not need to use wildcard characters such as * or ".  The filter will provide a list of all items that contain that string of characters.

As well you can add additional conditions with the + Add Filter.  This pop up will appear for faces:

This popup will appear for campaigns:

Highlight the condition then click the Filter icon in the lower right corner. You can continue to add filters to further refine your search.

Note, for Archived or Digital conditions a second box will appear with a Yes or No choice.

You can click on the Clear Filter icon in the top right corner to clear the filter.
