How to select multiple items

Ad Manager Connect allows you to select multiple items in 2 different ways.

1. You can simply click on the box next to each item you want to select.
2. After clicking on on the box for the first item you wish to select, you can click on the Select All button () to select all the remaining items in the list.  From here, you can then de-select items by clicking on the appropriate boxes if you do not want all items to be selected.
